When do you provide services?

All of our services are provided after your business hours. However, we understand that some companies prefer during day time and that works for us too.

Is Can - Ada All Service Cleaning Inc. Insured?

Yes. We are insured and bonded. Our insurance policy will be sent over to your accounting department before hiring. We will also provide a w-9 form.

When is payment due?

Monthly services are based on a 30 day net pay. One time service and construction clean up is payable at service date.

Do you have any references/testimonials?

Yes. We have references. Our clients are happy to give you feedback. All feedback is confidential - meaning you can ask them anything about our services. Keep in mind that we value the privacy of our clients but we can send over phone numbers via email if they are okay with that.

Who provides supplies?

We provide industrial vacuums and heavy machinery. Your company will be responsible for over the counter cleaning products and toiletries. 
- We will let you know when to order supplies to save you time.

Do I need to sign a contract?

You can choose the no contract route or a personalized contract can be discussed based on your needs and payment plan. We encourage contracts in order to provide you with a more affordable rate.

If you choose no contract, please provide us with a formal written 30 day notice via email. 

How do we get an estimate?

That’s a great question! The owner will meet with a general manager with a FREE  personalized walk through estimate.

That means we will tour the facility together (Free of charge) and evaluate each area of the building and discuss your cleaning needs as well as payment plans that work best for your company.

How reliable is Can - Ada All Service  Cleaning Inc.

Our team has an A+ attendance record. Each employee has agreed and signed our Work Attendance Policy. No-shows are unacceptable! We have a wide variety team that can cover each others shifts if needed. 
We will never reschedule! Rescheduling is only up to the client.

What’s different about Can - Ada All Service Cleaning Inc. compared to other companies?

Most cleaning companies will not check in on you. We want your voices to be seen and heard. That’s why it’s important for us to email you once a week just to see how our service is going and if we need to improve anything.

We also respond back to you immediately or within 24 hours!

Can i change my cleaning day?

Yes. Yes you can! We get it - your day to day schedule changes which mean you might need to switch cleaning days to better assist your facility needs.

You will just need to let us know 24 hours before service date and we will email you with days that may work better for you.

What happens if my cleaning day land on a holiday?

This is the only time that we will reschedule on our end. We will discuss in advance.

How soon can you start?

So we convinced you, huh? GREAT!! Because we love that. We can start as soon as possible. You will just need to contact your current service provider with a notice. As soon as that notice is given and they are out - we are in.
